Engagement Manager

What you’ll do

As Engagement manager at Tangity, you'll promote initiatives and coordinates digital transformation programs with a particular focus on strategic design and user experience, activating one or more areas of digital expertise from a multidisciplinary perspective. You maintain frequent interactions with clients and project teams to gather requirements, present opportunities, and support the definition/revision of activities and projects, while acting as a focal point for the Value Proposition to external and internal clients in project and opportunity management.

  • Develop new business opportunities for design areas in accordance with Engager Directors and the management team.

  • Manage and promote end-to-end product and service innovation programs, taking responsibility for client expectations, delivery, operational model quality, and project costs.

  • Handle all aspects of the project lifecycle, including diagnosing client needs, managing project teams, defining goals and risks.

  • Oversee long-term relationships with clients, guiding them in achieving excellent products and transforming their business.

Who we're looking for?

We're looking for an Engagement Manager with:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience - preferably experience in a service design studio

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English

  • Process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong cross-functional background

  • Change management skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude

  • Decision-making and prioritization skills

  • Organizational and analytical abilities

  • Program and project management capabilities.
